After reaching out to World Harvest Food Bank, we had a meeting on July 28, 2023. From that point, we have taught the organization how to use go-daddy and initiate domain transfers. This has solved their ongoing issue of lost domain emails and unstable website access. They have also been receiving many complaints based on inaccurate hours of operation being listed on websites such as LA Public Library and this has been much more problematic after the recent influx of customers due to being featured on ABC news during the Sag Aftra strike. (supplying food to actors) Due to this we have compiled a short list of major websites displaying inaccurate time slots and have sent them to the admin team.
