Administrative Outreach

UNI's Administrative Outreach Program started after making connections with local nonprofit groups such as World Harvest Food Bank, Saint Anne's, and Alexandria Housing. We learned that smaller nonprofits such as these served over half a million families, but lacked the consolidation of knowledge, especially in administrative work. Ranging from lost email and website domains to little knowledge on social networking, these organizations did not struggle with manpower, but with the lack of consistent knowledge. Through the administrative outreach program, our small team has provided local housings and food banks the tools to succeed on the administrative front with on-hands help and video courses.
